You should use Jute Threads because it is by far one of the most versatile yet simple project management tools on the market. It isn't geared towards business or gaming or purely just writing, Jute Threads is simply for anyone and everyone.

The better question is what can't you use Jute Threads for! You could start your own blog with it, organize your trips, manage projects, store important information (just make sure you don't share it), collaborate with your friends to create a story. The list truly goes on, there are endless possibilities to Jute Threads, just as there is endless possibilities to what you will create with it at your fingertips!

It can sound a little confusing, but it's pretty simple once it clicks! Here's some more info on them!

i forgot my password :(
No worries! When on the login page simply hit the forgot password link and type in your email you used to create your account! You should get an email shortly walking you through creating your new password.
I can't find jute threads emails in my inbox
Check your spam or junk folders! It might be hiding in there!
Do you have an app i can download?
Not yet! However we do have what is called a PWA, a progressive web app, so it will look like an app on your device but is still actually a website!

How do i create my first thread?
It's super easy! Just hit the New Thread button and start typing away!

how do i share my thread?
You can share it easily with the Sharing Link.
PLEASE NOTE: the sharing link is not the same as the webpage url.

who has access to my shared thread?
Anyone with your share link can join your thread, once you have the people you want in there you can turn off the share link. This will mean no one else can join until you turn it back on.
I accidentally dragged my thread into a shared thread!
Don't worry! You can simply drag it back out, you will get a popup notifying you that the collaborators of the page will change.

I deleted something in a shared thread but it isn't in my trash
Anything deleted in a collaborative thread will go to the trash of the thread owner.

How do i remove a collaborator from a thread?
Very easily! Simply go to your list of collaborators and click the icon to the right of them. Make sure to reset your sharing link as well otherwise they could join back in with the same link.

how do i reset my sharing link?
You can reset the sharing link anytime within the sharing pop up screen, anyone that has already joined the thread will stay there, however if you boot them off they will need the new sharing link in order to join back in.

i want to leave a thread that has been share with me
No worries! You can leave a thread by going to the list of collaborators and clicking the icon to the right of your name. So long as the owner of the thread doesn't reset the sharing link or turn it off, you can rejoin the thread anytime with the sharing link that was given to you.
